Resurrect was started in 2024 by Ella Springer. Born from a deep concern surrounding clothing consumption and textile waste, repair became a creative outlet and form of activism against the desire for thoughtless consumption.
At the core of Resurrect is a passion, to revive damaged items in need of repair through craftsmanship and creativity. All pieces created are donated second hand. Our fabric is never new and always sourced from clippings, dead stock, or unwanted fabric samples. Each piece is entirely hand repaired and unique.
Resurrect strives to change the way people view longevity and wear within their closets, while reviving forgotten garments. Each piece highlights the art visible mending and explores a variety of textile arts and hand making practices.
